Please arrive by 13:00 for the ceremony start at 14:00. The bar will be open when you arrive is you wish to have a drink while you wait. Once the ceremony is completed we will all move in to the bar area whilst the hotel staff change the room around ready for our delicious meal. However, there will be nibbles available whilst we wait. When the food and speeches are finished we will once again move into the bar area whilst the room is prepared for the evening.
